Lake Monarch is a ten acre lake of sparkling clear water situated between Monarch Village and Manderley Estates. It is shared, like all of the other facilities, by the residents of both communities.
Non-power crafts are allowed on the lake, such as sail boats, row boats and canoes.
Fishing is also allowed but on a catch and release basis.
